SiteMind provides website design, development, and hosting services for small businesses. The website previewed above was built using publicly available business information at no charge or obligation. No payment is due unless you choose to purchase.
The one-time setup fee is charged at purchase. Monthly hosting fees of $29.00 are billed on a recurring basis beginning 30 days after site launch, on the same calendar date each month. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
The Website + Hosting plan is a 12-month service agreement. Cancellations made prior to completion of the 12-month term are subject to an early termination fee of $350.00. No early termination fee applies to the Website Only plan or after the 12-month term has been fulfilled. Upon fulfillment of the 12-month term, the plan converts to month-to-month, cancelable with 30 days' written notice.
Invoices unpaid after 5 days of the due date are subject to a $10.00 late fee added to the following billing cycle. If payment has not been received and no communication made within 10 days of the due date, hosting service may be suspended. A $30.00 reinstatement fee applies to restore suspended service.
Upon full payment of the setup fee, the website content and design belong to you. SiteMind retains the right to display completed sites in its portfolio. Website files may be provided in a ZIP archive upon written request.
The AI phone receptionist is an optional add-on: $149.00 setup + $79.00/month. It is powered by automated voice software. SiteMind is not liable for missed calls, scheduling errors, or indirect losses arising from the automated system. This service is not included in standard Website or Website + Hosting plans and may be added after site launch.
SiteMind operates websites on privately owned, monitored server infrastructure with redundant systems. While we maintain high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
SiteMind's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount paid by the client in the most recent 30-day billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in Thurston County, Washington.
